Wilkes University Inducts Students into International Honor Society in Education
2014 Mar 11Wilkes University recently inducted 11 education majors into Phi Phi, the University's chapter of the international honor society in education Kappa Delta Pi. At the ceremony the honorees received a certificate and honor cords to wear at graduation. Robert Gardner, Wilkes associate professor of education and honor society counselor, spoke about the power of teachers to affect positive change and challenged the teacher candidates to be reflective and adjust to their future students' needs.
