Rachel Bontoyan of New Freedom, Pa., Receives Degree from Wilkes University at May 21 Ceremony

More than 800 undergraduate and graduate students received bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees at Wilkes University's 64th annual spring commencement on Saturday, May 21 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre.

Attorney Robert Listenbee, advocate for the rights and interests of children in the juvenile justice system, delivered the keynote address.

Rachel Bontoyan, of New Freedom, earned a Master of Science, in Education.
