Ellen Weber of Gettysburg, Pa. 17325, is the recipient of The Overlook Estate Foundation Scholarship at Wilkes University. Scholarship students were recognized along with the donors whose gifts made the scholarships possible at the University's annual Scholarship Luncheon on March 22. The scholarship is presented to a junior or senior for study in ecology or environmental science, fields which further progress toward a balanced community in which man and nature can live in harmony. It was established Frances A. Fuller to honor her husband, Mortimer B. Fuller, Jr. Weber is a environmental engineering major.
