Kelci Piavis of Wapwallopen, Pa. 18660, is the recipient of The Ruth A. Richards Scholarship at Wilkes University. Scholarship students were recognized along with the donors whose gifts made the scholarships possible at the University's annual Scholarship Luncheon on March 22. The scholarship is presented to worthy students of financial need and academic ability. Priority will be given to students who are majoring in English. Piavis is a English major.
