Wilkes University student Rebecca Voorhees of Tobyhanna, Pa. participated in the Pennsylvania Intercollegiate Band Festival hosted at Elizabethtown College during the weekend of March 4-6. Voorhees is also a member of the Marching Colonels, the first college marching band in Northeast Pennsylvania.
