Wilkes University Welcomes Andrew Oelberg of Selinsgrove, Pa., into Class of 2021

Wilkes University welcomes Andrew Oelberg of Selinsgrove, Pa. into the Class of 2021. Oelberg is one of over 600 students who make up the University's newest undergraduate class. Oelberg is a mechanical engineering major.

Prior to the start of classes on Monday, Aug. 28, incoming freshmen will attend Welcome Weekend on Aug. 25 - 27. It is a three-day weekend for all residential and commuter first year students. It begins with a convocation ceremony that formally marks the start of their academic careers at Wilkes. Other activities include a scavenger hunt of library resources, social activities, introduction to Wilkes University traditions, and a variety of informational workshops.
