Wilkes University's Upward Bound Program holds annual Alumni Pin Dinner

Wilkes-Barre, PA (03/27/2019) — The Upward Bound Program at Wilkes University sponsored its annual Alumni Pin Dinner recognizing high school seniors who will graduate from Upward Bound in May. The Pinning Ceremony was conducted by Alumni Board President, Joseph Flynn and Upward Bound Director, Dawn Harding. Since 1967, the Upward Bound Program has been preparing area high school students for college and is a federally funded Trio Program.
